How do I verify my professional profile?

Prepare your details

Check your name, role, specialty and registration identifier in your professional profile. For the application, provide the HTTPS address of a suitable official register or upload a PDF/JPG/PNG up to 10 MB. Explain how the evidence demonstrates your role; do not include patient documents.

Review the application notice

The checkbox confirms accuracy and acknowledges review of the evidence by authorized independent reviewers. The notice version and time are recorded. This is not blanket consent for health-data processing. Raw evidence has a removal process after 90 days. Directory visibility remains a separate choice.

Renew before expiry

During the 30 days before expiry, submit current evidence from Verification. Renewal is reviewed separately; your current approval and directory choice remain valid until their expiry or withdrawal. Submit fresh evidence after a correction request. Expiry, withdrawal or an identity change stops directory eligibility; a reviewer cannot approve a superseded application. No decision changes examination access.

Corrections, validity and permissions

Follow the actual status and decision reason. For Correction requested, fix the identified issue and submit again. Expiry, revocation or professional-identity changes require a new review. Verification is not a licence or clinical recommendation and grants no file access; organization verification is separate.
