Does the recipient need an account?

No. The protected link opens only the shared files. Enter a PIN if the sender requires one. If you have a Patient Key, use its code and PIN. Doctors can optionally create a free professional account.

Can I send DICOM and CBCT?

Yes, as files or archives within your plan’s limits. PDFs and images have a preview. Download DICOM and CBCT files to open them with suitable specialist software.

When does the trial start?

After independent organization review and explicit acceptance of the current terms. Each legal entity can receive one trial. Registration does not automatically start a paid subscription.
