How does clinic staff activate My examinations?
Open Accounts and clinics and choose Activate free personal receiving. Use the same login and keep your clinic membership.
Personal receiving
No new registration or personal subscription is needed. You receive explicitly authorized examinations only. For a link or Patient Key, use its code/PIN; registration and verification do not replace those permissions.
Receiving before professional verification
Free receiving works without professional verification: request an invitation to your sign-in email and open the explicitly granted link or code/PIN. Direct selection by professional MediSend address requires current independent verification and enabled visibility. Copying an address alone does not make a hidden or unverified account discoverable.
Separate permissions and verification
Clinic files, staff and billing remain in the clinic. Personal examinations and notes remain in My examinations. Apply for doctor verification in Settings → Verification, independently of the organization. Directory visibility requires valid verification and your opt-in.
