1. How does the recipient open the files?Recipients open the clinic’s link and enter a code if requested. No MediSend account is required. They see only the handover you shared.
2. Can a recipient return a result or reply?Yes, if returned files are allowed. Recipients upload into the same handover and can add a note. Their reply appears in Today and the handover.
3. Privacy for recipients and patientsThe organization shown determines the clinical purpose. MediSend processes files on its behalf and keeps minimal security records.
