For recipients and patients
How does the recipient open the files?
Recipients open the clinic’s link and enter a code if requested. No MediSend account is required. They see only the handover you shared.
Link, SMS or doctor account
A link may arrive by email, SMS or in person as a QR/printout. For a named-recipient SMS, the sender gives the PIN separately; the QR and printed link contain no PIN. A selected directory doctor signs in and opens My examinations.
If you received a link
- 1Open the link in your browser.
- 2Enter the code shared separately if requested.
- 3After verification, check which clinic sent the files and why.
- 4Download the files. If acknowledgement is available, confirm receipt.
If you received a Patient Key
Scan the QR or open the code page. Enter the code and PIN from the clinic. The QR does not contain the PIN.
The link does not work
An expired or revoked link cannot be used. Request new access from the sender. Do not forward the link or code to another person.
