Can a recipient return a result or reply?

For the clinic

Allow returned files when preparing access. Specify what you expect: an opinion, result, plan or other document.

For the recipient

2. 2In the return section, select files and add a note if needed.
3. 3Send and wait for confirmation.

No reply option is available

The clinic may not have allowed replies, or access may have expired. Contact the sender; a new upload cannot bypass these limits.
