Returned results
When a reply is expected, the recipient can return a file and note within the same protected handover.
For the recipient
The return action is available only when permissions and the expected result allow it and the handover is not completed. Returned files also undergo a safety check.
For the clinic
- 1Open Review reply in Today.
- 2Review the Returned result section.
- 3Mark the result as reviewed.
- 4Complete the handover when no work remains.
The returned file
Who does what?
- The recipient
- Uploads the permitted result into the same handover.
- You
- Review the returned file, mark it as reviewed and complete the work.
