1. Who sends or requests your files
The identified organization determines why it sends files or requests uploads. Check its name and the expected contact before opening. MediSend supplies the technical service on its instructions; Karizo EOOD separately controls limited platform-security data.
2. Code, PIN and expiry
Authorized public access needs no registration. Enter the supplied code and required PIN. Permissions, dates and limits apply to the particular files. Do not forward the link, code or PIN. Incorrect attempts are limited; support cannot reveal an existing PIN.
Contact the sender if access credentials are lost. For expired access, use the renewal request where available; the sender decides whether to issue new access. Registering or becoming verified does not recover a revoked key or deleted file.
3. Uploads and notifications
Upload only necessary files to the correct organization. The form confirmation attests authority to share; it is not general consent for all clinical purposes. A selected email/SMS supplier may process the contact and minimal access message, including code/PIN; delivery is labelled confirmed only when supported by confirmation.
4. Data, rights and assistance
Contact the organization about clinical content and medical retention. For technical privacy or an unidentified sender, contact [email protected]. You may exercise applicable rights and complain to CPDP. Provide the approximate time and a safe support code, without clinical attachments, protected links or secrets.
