Local functionality comparison · 2 November 2026
Technical review alongside the eight drafts. This changes no effective clauses and records no legal approval or consent.
Each document includes a comparison of account permissions, temporary drafts, saved preferences, recipient access and operational boundaries. Qualified legal and accounting review is still required.
The workbench loads current data through existing authorized endpoints and does not expand medical permissions. File-name filters and synthetic API response history stay in page memory. Financial CSV requires billing-view permission in the selected organization; export requests are audited and include financial identifiers. Notification preferences belong to the user account, while required security messages remain enabled. Compare these changes against the final contractual wording before publication.

Read the full billing annexMaterial changes for approval and notification
- Terms and DPA: separate scope for free professional receiving, multiple clinics, linked logins and private clinical notes. Personal accounts need an approved evidence and reacceptance mechanism.
- Terms, DPA and recipient information: explicit delivery methods for the same particular grant, SMS with a separate PIN, the distinct Patient Key policy and limits on resend, expiry and revocation.
- Terms and billing annex: independently verified legal identity for trials, express conditional offers/activation, separate payment authorization, immutable documents, confirmed settlement, corrections and internal non-cash credit.
- DPA and safeguards: specific integration, staff-access, incident, audit and return/deletion duties. The existing 30-day supplier model is preserved; the actual register requires verification.
- Privacy, technology and retention information: new activities and specific product limits, distinct access/byte deadlines, residual clinical metadata and unverified operational schedules. Notice is approved for informational policies; acknowledgement is not consent to every purpose.
Approved contract changes receive new effective identifiers and explicit acceptance where required. This review makes no transition, changes no recorded acceptance and offers no acceptance button.
Publication and renewed-acceptance plan
1. Freeze the exact BG/EN text and comparison against each effective 2026-09-02.2 edition. Qualified counsel approves parties, clinical roles, material contract changes and effective date; an accountant approves the commercial annex. Until then review-4 remains a draft and no acceptance is requested.
2. Complete current operator facts: legal identity, contact channels, enabled suppliers/DPAs/transfers, browser technologies, retention, deletion jobs, backups and restore. Verify actual versions, migrations and acceptances through authorized target-environment access. Historical records or local tests do not replace evidence.
3. Identify affected parties separately: an owner/administrator for each clinic and the independent professional for personal scope. The existing organization mechanism does not establish personal-account acceptance; material personal terms first need an approved, verified method recording version, party and explicit acceptance. Do not treat linked identities as one contracting party.
4. Approve separate notices: for Terms and DPA explain changes, timing and required explicit acceptance; for informational policies explain the update and rights without blanket consent. Follow the agreed advance-notice and objection process for subprocessors. Retain content, recipients and dispatch evidence.
5. After separate release authorization, allocate new immutable effective identifiers and synchronize displayed text with server acceptance. First verify a bounded synthetic case in isolation: old versions are rejected, new evidence belongs to the correct party, an unauthorized member cannot accept, and a draft is never effective. Review the affected count before enabling an organization gate.
6. On refusal, preserve permitted reading, export, rights requests, incident support and cancellation; restrict only approved new contractual actions. Check a new clinic, existing clinic, personal doctor, multiple clinics, linked login and recipient without registration. The transition changes neither file grants, financial documents nor historical acceptances.
7. After publication, separately authorized checks verify displayed versions, actual evidence and notices in the target environment. Preserve previous text and immutable history. On withdrawal, stop the new version and issue an approved correction; do not delete evidence or clear a gate without a lawful basis and controlled process.
