Who handles the task

Open the task and check its owner and state. When your role allows, assign a clinic member or leave it unassigned. Starting work and administrative review are separate actions.

Another colleague changed the task

If the task changed, reload its current state and check who is handling it. Do not repeat an action from an old screen. Administrative review does not mean clinical review or a received result.
