Who can see my personal note?
A personal note is for your work and is not sent to the clinic or another recipient. It differs from a note accompanying a returned result.
Save and edit
Open the examination → Personal note, enter text and explicitly save. Check the success message. Clear the text and save to remove it; the screen warns before leaving with unsaved changes.
Retention and access
The note is stored securely for up to 90 days after saving or the earlier authorized-access end. It is not displayed after its deadline even before cleanup runs. Personal work records are removed by cleanup when access ends.
If you want to share an opinion
Use the permitted examination reply and add a note there. A personal note is not a medical record and does not replace your own documentation duties.
