How do I use personal response templates?
In Reply to sender create or choose your own template for generic text. Review and adapt it to the particular handover before explicitly sending.
Create and use
Templates belong to your personal account. Write generic text in the reply, enter a recognizable name and choose Save current response as template. Include no patient data. Insert into response appends the selected text after the current draft without sending a message or files. The combined reply is limited to 500 characters; shorten it before inserting if needed.
Storage and boundaries
Saved personal template text is encrypted by the service. The unsent reply and selected files remain temporary work in memory. A template grants no examination access and cannot bypass expired, revoked or restricted reply permission.
