Access and security
Codes, PINs, expiry, revocation, renewed access and two-step sign-in.
- How do I change my notification preferences? From the bell menu, open Notification preferences, or choose Settings → Notifications. Changes save separately for each category and follow your account across workspaces.
- How does the separate PIN for a link work?SMS to a named recipient requires a PIN. You can enable it for email or in-person delivery. The PIN is not included in the notification, QR or printed link.
- How do I link two existing accounts? In Accounts and clinics choose Connect another account, sign in independently to the second and confirm consent from both.
- How do I track a support ticket?Check your personal account or selected clinic and open Support. Find the conversation, read the next action and reply there. A clinic operation can be linked only to an authorized conversation for that same clinic.
- How access worksEvery protected access is limited to a specific handover, recipient, permissions and expiry.
- What is a Patient Key, and when do I need one?A code, QR and PIN providing access to one handover. Use it when giving a study to a patient on paper or for sharing with another doctor. You control expiry and permitted uses.
- Expired link — grant new accessThe recipient requests access again and the clinic approves a new expiry. A new link is created; the old link remains invalid.
- How do I stop access to shared files?Revoke the recipient or Patient Key under “Access”. To end existing temporary access, use “Revoke access” under “Openings and temporary access”. Downloaded copies remain with the recipient.
- Code and PINFirst identify the access type: recipient link, Patient Key or request code. Each uses its own page and PIN rules.
- Sessions and two-step sign-inChoose an available protection method for your login and review active devices. A clinic’s policy is separate from your personal MFA setting.
