How do I find the right instruction?
Search for an action or screen, narrow by topic and read the matching steps beside the results. Search text stays only in the current tab’s memory.
Search and topic selection
- 1Enter at least two letters, such as upload, PIN or invoice, then choose Search.
- 2Check the matching guide count. Show more reveals the next results without repeating the search.
- 3Choose a topic to narrow the instructions to that area.
Read the matching steps
Select a result to read its short answer and a matching section excerpt. Go to the matching steps opens that section directly; Read the complete guide opens the article from its beginning. On a phone, Back to results returns focus to the selected instruction.
Search privacy
Include no patient data, PINs, passwords or protected links. Typed text does not enter URLs, cookies or browser storage. Moving between guides in the same tab can briefly preserve the search. Reloading, leaving Help, changing account or reaching five minutes clears it.
To help a colleague, share the public article link. A link to the search page does not share the typed text.
When search does not help
Try another word or use the step-by-step checks on the Help home page. You can contact the team, but a search does not automatically create a support request. If the usual screen does not load, open basic search from the displayed link and choose a language; text is sent only in the request body.
