Troubleshooting

The invitation expired

An owner or administrator must resend the invitation and provide the new protected link.

For the administrator

1Open Settings → Team.
2Find the pending invitation.
3Choose Resend.
4Use the newest protected link; the old one may no longer work.

For the invited colleague

Open only the newest link. If the email is incorrect, the administrator must revoke the invitation and create another.
