- How do I export the financial document register?In Billing, choose a document type and search a number, then select Export register · CSV. The export includes every matching document, not just the loaded page.
- How do I follow a correction or refund?Open Billing and its documents/corrections. A request, accounting review, credit note and confirmed refund are separate states.
- How does a doctor create a clinic and receive a trial?In My clinics open Add clinic. Before confirming, review the actual price, dates, limits and trial eligibility.
- How do referral credits work?Open Referrals for your code, invitations and recognized credits. An invitation alone does not mean credit or payment.
- TrialThe standard trial lasts 30 days, with separate trial limits for users, handovers and storage.
- Plans and limitsEach plan includes user, storage and monthly handover limits, plus specific features.
- Billing, proformas and card paymentsComplete your organization details and choose an available payment method: card, proforma or bank transfer.
- Change or cancel a planUse the controls in Billing. The effect depends on your subscription status and payment provider.
