Billing, proformas and card payments
Complete your organization details and choose an available payment method: card, proforma or bank transfer.
Billing details
A complete billing profile requires the legal name, registration number, address, billing email and other required fields. A proforma cannot be created without it.
Billing
When configured, card payment opens the provider’s protected checkout page. A proforma shows its number, amount, due date and bank reference.
Final invoice and corrections
In Billing open Invoices and documents to preview, download a PDF or print. A proforma does not prove payment. MediSend issues a final invoice after a verified bank transfer or confirmed settlement entirely with available credit. Card documents follow verified payment-provider events. If payment is verified but the invoice requires review, Billing shows a separate notice. Do not pay again; contact support from the page.
Issued party details, price and number remain unchanged after later profile or plan changes. For an error or refund, open a support ticket with the document number. Corrections require accounting review and appear separately with a credit note. A requested refund does not mean cash was returned; check its confirmed status. Do not send card details or medical files.
When available credit fully covers an unpaid proforma, choose Complete payment with credit in Billing, review the confirmation and explicitly confirm credit settlement. A zero remainder is not a bank transfer and requires this separate action. Do not make a new payment for an already paid or void document; follow its final displayed status.
Bank transfer and documents
Open the actual proforma issued in Billing. Use only the payee, IBAN, currency, amount and reference from that document. Help illustrations are not payment instructions. Check the status after the transfer is verified; do not make another payment just because the document is still being processed.
