Change or cancel a plan
Use the controls in Billing. The effect depends on your subscription status and payment provider.
Changing plans
Choose a new plan from the current catalogue. Before downgrading, check users, handovers and storage usage.
Cancellation or unpaid periods
MediSend shows grace and retention deadlines for the current subscription. Cancellation does not necessarily delete files immediately; check the dates shown and contact support if needed.
