How does a doctor create a clinic and receive a trial?

Enter legal details and select a plan. Review the actual price, currency, limits and available paths. A 30-day trial starts after independent organization verification and your explicit acceptance of current terms in Billing. No start or end date is promised before verification. Creation does not charge a card or authorize automatic billing.

Verification or paid plan

For a trial, choose review and continue in Settings → Verification. A correctly formatted company number is not verification. After approval, open Billing, review fresh terms and explicitly start the trial. Alternatively, choose a paid plan immediately; new sending remains restricted until payment is confirmed. The paid path does not require waiting for trial approval.

Multiple clinics

Trial history follows the actual legal organization, including after its workspace is deleted. A second workspace for the same legal entity receives no repeat trial. A different genuine, verified clinic can receive its own trial even with the same owner. Each subscription and invoice belongs to the relevant organization.

After the trial

Without valid payment, a 14-day grace period is followed by restricted use and archiving under the retention policy. New sending may stop. Existing files are not immediately deleted; access depends on grants, expiry and retention. Check Billing for plans, proformas, invoices and available payment methods.
