How do referral credits work?
Open Referrals for your code, invitations and recognized credits. An invitation alone does not mean credit or payment.
Invite another clinic
In the correct clinic workspace, open Referrals. Copy the displayed link or use Invite by email when permitted. The new clinic must register through the referral. Check invitation delivery and registration separately; Accepted for sending does not prove email delivery or opening.
When credit becomes available
Review the current program terms, amount, currency, minimum payment and qualification deadline. Registration and a trial do not earn credit. A confirmed eligible payment within the deadline is required; the referring clinic must also meet the displayed paying-customer conditions. Self-referrals, patient referrals and sharing medical data do not earn rewards.
Awaiting qualifying payment means no credit has been awarded. Checking conditions means review is unfinished. An elapsed qualification deadline is shown explicitly. Only awarded available credit can be used; pending rewards are not cash or a completed payment.
Using credit on a new proforma
In Billing, select a plan and create a new bank proforma. When available, choose Use available credit and check the applied amount and exact remainder to transfer. Do not transfer the original amount again. Credit does not change existing issued documents or Stripe payments and cannot be paid out in cash.
Corrections or accounting reconciliation
When an award is reversed, its unused portion is removed. If credit was already applied, the page may show Accounting reconciliation required; issued documents and history are not rewritten. Check Credit history and open a ticket with the document number and time. Do not make a compensating payment on your own or send clinical data.
