See how your trial is being used

In Plan and billing, see your first sent handover, first recorded recipient opening and repeat send. Milestones use retained outbound records in the displayed period. Email or SMS transport acceptance does not count as an opening. Openings cover recipient links and personal doctor access. This is not clinical review or a time-savings estimate. Trial activation does not enable automatic charging.

What you see

Billing shows the trial end date, selected plan and current usage. Standard trial limits are three users, 100 handovers per month and 30 GB.

Trial eligibility and expiry

The trial belongs to a verified legal entity, not its owner. After independent verification, review current Billing terms and explicitly start the 30 days. A second workspace for the same entity does not reset history; another verified organization can have its own trial. If review is incomplete or a trial was already used, the paid path remains available. Without valid payment, grace, restricted and archive modes follow the displayed dates. Personal receiving stays free.
