Check the name, correct account or clinic and delivery channel. A verified discoverable doctor receives explicitly sent files in their account. For a manual contact, check the email or Bulgarian phone; give an in-person link only to the named person.

A saved contact, directory, badge or membership does not replace checking the particular files, expiry and permitted actions. Recheck settings after changing the contact.
