Handovers
Email, SMS or link / QR — which should I choose?
Delivery determines how the named recipient gets the link. Permissions and expiry belong to the same handover; a Patient Key is a separate access option.
Enter a name and valid email and choose whether to enable a PIN. The notification sends the secure link; share any PIN separately. Check the address and notification status after sending.
SMS
A valid Bulgarian number (+359), permission to send the notification and a PIN are required. The SMS contains the link and expiry without the PIN, filenames or clinical text. Share the PIN separately. Daily, monthly and repeated-phone limits are checked again when sending.
Link / QR in person
Name the person, copy or print the link and hand it over. No email or SMS notification is sent. The QR and printout contain no PIN; share an enabled PIN separately. Do not create a second handover just because a notification on another channel did not arrive.
Directory doctor and Patient Key
A selected discoverable verified doctor receives the particular examination in My examinations after signing in. If you need a separate key with code, PIN and access count, create a Patient Key from the handover detail. Its SMS and printing follow the key’s separate policy.
