How do I save a recipient for the next send?
Contacts stores a partner contact and preferred settings. Each new case requires separate selection, checking and sending.
Contact or verified doctor
Add a named contact or save a selected directory doctor. Check the name and correct channel. If a doctor is no longer discoverable with current verification, choose an authorized recipient again.
Preferences and permissions
Saved details, expiry and permissions suggest settings for future work. Review them in the send and choose delivery explicitly; a preference does not authorize SMS automatically. If a contact cannot load, choose another recipient or enter their details. A contact creates no membership, shared-folder access or permission for other patients.
