Access expiry

Rules

• Access lasts seven days by default.
• The maximum is 30 days, or the earlier file retention deadline.
• Expiry must be in the future.
• Each recipient has separate access.

After expiry

The content is hidden. The recipient can request access again if the files are still retained. Approval creates a new link; the old link is not reactivated.
