Open the right kind of access
Have a complete link? Open it directly. For a separate access code, choose Open with code. A sign-in code is different from a code for medical files.
Send files
Choose Send files and follow three stages: Files, Recipient and access, and Review and send. Additional settings are optional; uploading does not automatically send the handover.
- Add the files. Uploading and the safety check are separate from sending.
- Choose the recipient, email, SMS or an in-person link, and review PIN and expiry.
- Review and send once. Follow the notification state in the same handover.
