Clinics and doctors

The next action is clear for the clinic and the doctor.

A handover brings permitted files, specific recipients and allowed responses together. The clinic follows team work while the doctor organizes personal examinations.

Clinic sending uses a paid plan. Eligible organizations can activate a trial after review and explicit confirmation. Personal doctor receiving is free.

In everyday practice

A referring clinic shares an examination with a specialist and permits a response.
The team assigns review of a received response to a colleague without expanding the external recipient’s access.

How it works

  1. Define the task

Choose the required files, recipient and expected permitted response.

  2. Send and follow

Check notification status separately from opening and downloading.

  3. Complete the work

Review the actual response and record the next action in the appropriate workspace.

A PRACTICAL GUIDE

Prepare the files and follow the real state of the exchange.

One exchange, two workspaces

The sending clinic controls the handover and permissions. The receiving doctor sees only examinations granted to them. Private notes and team tasks serve different purposes and do not change medical permissions.

Working for several clinics does not create a shared patient database. Each organization retains its files, staff, history and responsibility for access.

When more information is needed

Recipients can return a message or files when the sender permits that action. Use the allowed follow-up process for missing material rather than forwarding somebody else’s link to another person.

A new recipient or expiry requires separate authorization from the sender. Support can help investigate a technical problem but does not automatically grant medical access.

What the history establishes

A provider-accepted notification, successful opening and downloading are separate events. They support coordination but do not certify a clinical opinion or completed consultation.

When the task requires a response, review the actual permitted reply and take the next action under the clinic’s process. Do not substitute assumptions based on an opening statistic.
