Examinations shared with you have their own workspace.

A PRACTICAL GUIDE
Prepare the files and follow the real state of the exchange.
Your personal workspace and clinic
Your personal workspace holds examinations shared with you. Working as a clinic employee is a separate context with its own permissions. Switching contexts does not automatically transfer medical files.
Leaving a clinic does not itself create or remove a separately issued personal grant. Access to the examination remains subject to the sender, expiry and revocation.
Verification is optional
You can receive examinations without professional verification. Independent review of professional details is needed if you want to opt into discovery by participating clinics.
Verification and directory visibility are separate decisions. Neither grants access to other patients, clinics or files.
Expiry and supported files
PDFs and supported images can be previewed in the platform. DICOM and CBCT are downloaded for suitable specialist software when downloading is permitted.
For expired or revoked access, ask the sender for a new grant. Do not share your sign-in or use somebody else’s permission.
