Large files

A large archive has a verifiable path from upload to recipient.

Size, remaining allowance and processing status are checked before sharing. After an interruption, follow the saved upload and its specific recovery instructions.

Clinic sending uses a paid plan. Eligible organizations can activate a trial after review and explicit confirmation. Personal doctor receiving is free.

In everyday practice

An imaging centre sends a large DICOM or CBCT archive and a separate PDF report.
A clinic resumes an interrupted upload using the same local file when the interface offers recovery.

How it works

  1. Check the limits

Review the current form limits and your organization’s remaining storage.

  2. Wait for readiness

Follow uploading, processing and checking. Keep the screen open while an active operation has no saved recovery.

  3. Follow recovery

After an interruption, read the status and select the same file again when requested.

A PRACTICAL GUIDE

Prepare the files and follow the real state of the exchange.

Limits are specific

Do not assume an unlimited archive size. The form shows permitted size and file count, while the plan controls total allowance. If storage is insufficient, review usage and plan options before starting.

Upload only the files needed for the task. Prepare archives through the clinic’s established workflow; do not include executable software from a disc merely because it sits beside the examination.

What 100% means

100% transfer means the browser has sent the bytes. Processing confirmation and security checking follow. The screen shows when the file is actually ready for permitted sharing.

A file whose check is incomplete or blocked cannot be opened by its recipient. This is a protection boundary, not a reason to bypass checking with another name or extension.

Working with an unstable connection

Check for a saved upload before starting again. Recovery may require selecting the same local file; the browser does not retain unlimited permanent access to your disk.

If safe continuation is unavailable, retain the displayed operational reference and contact support. Keep medical archives, PINs and passwords out of general support requests.
