Open your files with the sender’s code and PIN.

A Patient Key opens the specific package shared by the clinic. You do not need a MediSend account and recipients do not pay.

How it works

  1. Enter the code

    Choose “Open with code” and enter the code from your Patient Key. If you received a direct link, open that link instead.

  2. Enter the PIN

    Use the PIN supplied by the sender. Do not share your code, PIN or link with anyone who is not allowed access.

  3. Open the files

    Preview PDFs and images. Downloading and returning files are available only when the sender has permitted them.
